The sought-after resource already has experience in the role and is willing to work on shifts. Also profiles without experience are being considered to be placed under expert personnel. Preferred skills include: - Crude disassembly - Knowledge of various beef cuts - Medium disassembly - Grain cutting - Balance use - Counter service Contract: initial fixed-term contract, with subsequent extensions or employment purpose Availability: PART TIME or FULL TIME, on shifts from LUN-DOM Location: BERGAMO AND PROVINCE It is preferred to have the HACCP and GENERAL SAFETY certificates, alternatively a course will be activated for obtaining them.
