CAREER COUNSELLING - ACADEMIC OPERATIONS

JOB DESCRIPTION Key responsibilities: Implement and oversee programs organized by VC3. Take responsibility for enrollment, execution, branding and monitoring of VC3 programs at the schools. Assist in setting up the VC3 laboratory at school Facilitate and support PLC in Vocational guidance counselling programs implementations. Design a personalized career pathway for students with clear goals & objectives on basis of their interests, skills and abilities. Assist and support students in end-to-end process of career development. Provide guidance and support to students in identifying their strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT analysis) and developing a plan to achieve their career goals. Collaborate with teachers and other stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of VC3 programs. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of VC3 programs and make necessary adjustments.
