As a Career Coach, you will guide our learners through the most crucial phase of their journey: the leap into a new job. With targeted application coaching, individual career advice, and a clear dose of motivation, you will transform uncertainty, self-doubt, and qualifications into real job offers.

Our courses equip our participants with real, marketable skills. You will ensure that these are also recognized by the outside world by helping them to make their new skills visible, communicate confidently, and transform them into convincing applications.

You won't be alone: the coaching process is structured, quality is assured, and you will work closely with the Career Coaching Lead. Your focus: to support participants in approaching their career entry with clarity and confidence.

Key Responsibilities of Your Role

• Leading your own courses and workshops on application strategies, interview training, motivation, and career reorientation

• 1:1 coaching to support with job search, interview preparation, and the creation of personal competency profiles

• Assistance with professional application documents and the development of a clear professional positioning

• Fostering motivation and participant engagement through a trusting, positive coaching atmosphere

• Building and expanding an active company and alumni network to promote exchange, cooperation, and successful placement

• Analysis and further development of internal career success processes, as well as supporting the Client Operations & Career Coaching Lead with strategic projects

• Documentation and reporting of placement rates, coaching activities, and feedback to the Career Coaching Lead

What You Bring to the Table

• Completed university degree or comparable qualification in pedagogy, psychology, or coaching

• Experience in career counseling, application coaching, or learning support

• Proficiency with digital tools (e.g., MS Office, CRM systems, project management tools) and routine in creating presentations for training, management, and cooperation partners

• Strong communication skills: you adapt your approach to individual needs and moderate groups with confidence

• Independent and structured way of working, even when managing multiple career coaching processes simultaneously

• Insightfulness, empathy, and active listening skills

• Very good German and English language skills (min. C1)
