We are seeking a Care Service Leader (m/w/d) on behalf of a care facility in Unna. Your tasks: Responsibility for the care leadership in the seniors' home with design scope
Surety of high-quality and individualized care for our residents
Leadership, training, and development of your care team
Closely working together with doctors, therapists, and family members
Organization, quality management, and resource allocation
Your qualification: Completed care education with qualification as Care Service Leader (e.g. further education or study)
At least 3 years of experience in care leadership, preferably in the field of seniors' care
Fundamental knowledge of care legislation and quality standards
Leadership experience and high social competence
Structured working style and communication strength
