We're looking for a Care Service Leader (m/w/d) on behalf of a care facility in Hambühren. Your tasks: Responsibility for care leadership in the seniors' home with design scope
Safeguarding high-quality and individualized care for our residents
Leadership, training, and development of your care team
Closely working together with doctors, therapists, and family members
Organization, quality management, and resource allocation
Your qualifications: Completed care education with qualification as Care Service Leader (e.g. further education or study)
At least 3 years of experience in care leadership, preferably in the seniors' care sector
Fundamental knowledge of care legislation and quality standards
Leadership experience and high social competence
Structured work style and communication strength
