Leadership, motivation & development of the care team
Scheduling and planning of services under consideration of statutory regulations
Point of contact for residents, relatives & external partners
Implementation of current care and quality standards
Your qualification: Recognition as Care Service Leader according to §71 SGB XI
Completed training in gerontology or healthcare & nursing
At least two years' experience as a Care Service Leader
Organizational skills & communication strength
Good knowledge of care and quality management
