Führung, Motivation & Development of the care team
Scheduling and deployment planning taking into account statutory regulations
Point of contact for residents, relatives & external partners
Implementation of current care and quality standards
Your qualification: Recognition as Care Service Leader according to §71 SGB XI
Completed training in geriatric or healthcare nursing
At least two years of experience as a Care Service Leader
Organizational skills & communication strength
Good knowledge of care and quality management
