We are looking for you as Care Professional (m/w/d) in our Springer pool.

• No classical time work with constantly changing requirements and settings – you are a permanent fixture in the Alloheim family and focus your efforts on a regional cluster of facilities

• You take care of the individual basic and treatment care of our residents with heart and mind
• Every resident has individual needs, which you recognize and shape the activating daily routine accordingly
• You document the care process around the resident (medication administration, care protocols etc.)
• You contribute significantly to ensuring the quality of care at the location with your team
• You have an open ear for residents and their relatives at all times
• With your expertise, you support colleagues on site across locations, e.g. by compensating absences, reducing overtime or serving as a holiday substitute

• You have completed a vocational training as an examined care professional, geriatric nurse and/or health and nursing assistant
• You are welcome to us with or without work experience
• You are a team player and possess empathy when dealing with residents and colleagues
• You work independently, solution-oriented, and laugh gladly – we do too
• You are willing to work in all shifts if necessary, unless we find an alternative
• You have a class B driver's license and are ready to commute
