Your tasks: basic and treatment care, medication management, and strengthening the independence of residents
Support with daily activities, shopping, designing the living environment
Care and support plans, regular exchange with family members and professionals
Planning and accompanying leisure and group offers for social participation
Collaboration in a multi-professional team and professional guidance of assistants
Your qualification: completed training as a Care Professional (m/w/d), Geriatric Nurse (m/w/d), or equivalent
Empathetic, respectful, and communicative when dealing with people with support needs
Self-motivated, responsible, and flexible (e.g., available for shift work)
Organized and IT-savvy in documenting and adapting care plans
Team-oriented and willing to cooperative collaboration and guidance of other employees
