For a modern seniors' home in the Willebadessen area, we are looking for an empathetic Care Leadership (m/w/d) who sets fresh impulses and shapes the future of care together with us.
Your tasks: Ensuring and developing care quality in the house
Leadership, motivation, and development of the care team
Scheduling and deployment planning according to statutory regulations
A trusted point of contact for residents, relatives, and external partners
Implementing current care and quality standards
Your qualifications: Recognition as Care Leadership according to §71 SGB XI
Completed training in gerontology or healthcare and nursing
At least two years of experience as a Care Leadership
Organizational skills & communication strength
Good knowledge of care and quality management
