- Steering and securing the quality of care in the house
- Leadership, motivation, and development of the care team
- Scheduling and planning of services under consideration of statutory regulations
- Point of contact for residents, relatives, and external partners
- Implementation of current care and quality standards
Your qualification:
- Recognition as Care Leadership according to §71 SGB XI
- Completed training in gerontology or healthcare and nursing
- At least two years of experience as a Care Leadership
- Organizational skills and communication strength
- Good knowledge of care and quality management
