Salary: £40,000 - £48,000 per annum

A delightful residential care home set in its own beautiful grounds is seeking an experienced and empathetic Care Home Manager. The home specializes in elderly residential care, with a focus on dementia care, and offers a unique opportunity for an autonomous manager to lead and innovate.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring high-quality care for all residents.
- Lead, manage, and develop the team to deliver exceptional service.
- Implement plans for the refurbishment scheduled for 2026.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
- Foster a compassionate and supportive environment for residents and staff.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing a residential care home.
- Strong understanding and experience in dementia care.
- Exceptional leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and make impactful decisions.
