What you have to do

• Oversee facility operations, care quality, compliance, and staff management
• Ensure care delivery meets budget and contract requirements
• Support sales targets and serve as Privacy Officer
• Assist clinical leadership and manage quality programs
• Monitor care standards and clinical records
• Handle HR, supplies, and staff training
• Maintain a safe environment for residents and staff

Skills and Experience

• Experience in aged care
• Strong team leadership and multitasking skills
• Ability to foster a positive team culture
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commercial awareness and financial management
• Skilled in problem-solving, decision-making, and change management
