Care Home Lead

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to lead a care home in a well-respected care facility, supporting residents to live meaningful, fulfilling lives in a safe and welcoming environment. You will provide visible and hands-on clinical and people leadership to Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and Care Partners, ensuring a high standard of care, which includes reducing the frequency of falls, pressure injuries and infections. You will also assume responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations of the care home, including staff supervision, resident care planning, and quality improvement initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team of healthcare professionals in providing exceptional care to our residents. The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse with significant experience in a similar role, excellent communication and leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
