Care Coordinator Location : Taunton, Somerset Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary:£28,000 per year Hours: 40 hours per week Job Scope: We are looking to recruit a Care Coordinator to support the Branch Care Manager in a community care setting. The Care Coordinator will ensure that clients receive the highest standards of care and support by effectively allocating and supervising staff. As a Care Coordinator, you will carry out direct observations and supervisions of care teams, provide feedback and guidance to staff, and contribute to the development of care plans. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all care delivery is in line with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar role or have relevant qualifications and training. We are looking for someone who is able to work independently as well as part of a team, has excellent communication skills, and is able to prioritize tasks effectively.
