In this fast-paced role, you’ll be the vital link between our clients and Support Workers—ensuring high-quality, timely care so people can live safely and independently at home. Pay: $25.50 per hour allowances (additional $0.45–$0.50 per hour based on criteria) What You’ll Do Coordinate and adjust daily client rosters to ensure safe, timely, and effective delivery of services. This includes coordinating with Support Workers, clients, and other stakeholders to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients. You will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting on client progress, identifying areas for improvement, and making recommendations for service development.
