Care Coordinator (ABA Services) - EST Hours (Remote)

We are seeking a Care Coordinator for a U.S.-based client and will act as the primary point of contact for families, clinicians, and schools throughout the ABA therapy journey. **Responsibilities:** * Manage and maintain client files and documentation. * Coordinate and schedule ABA therapy sessions. * Communicate with families, clinicians, and schools regarding client progress, concerns, and updates. * Assist with insurance authorizations and claims processing. * Track client attendance and billing information. * Provide excellent customer service and support to families. * Maintain confidentiality of client information. * Adhere to all HIPAA regulations. * Perform other duties as assigned. **Qualifications:** * High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred. * Experience in a healthcare or customer service setting is a plus. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Ability to learn and utilize various software programs. * Must be able to work during EST business hours. * Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary * Remote work opportunity * Opportunities for professional development and growth * Supportive and collaborative work environment
