Key Responsibilities

Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support

Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration to promote health and wellbeing

Support clients with medication reminders and adherence, under guidance

Build meaningful relationships with clients, offering companionship and emotional support

Observe, record, and report changes in clients’ physical or emotional health

Help clients engage in activities that promote independence, confidence, and mental wellbeing

Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment in line with health and safety standards

Collaborate closely with other care staff and healthcare professionals to deliver consistent, high-quality care

Requirements

Previous care or healthcare experience is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided

Genuine compassion, patience, and dedication to helping others

Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly

Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and travel across London

Professional attitude, reliability, and commitment to providing high-quality care
