Job Opportunity: Female Community Care Assistant (Immediate Start)

New Age Recruiters are currently seeking a Female Community Care Assistant to join a dedicated care team in Weymouth. This role involves providing high-quality, person-centred care to individuals within their own homes, supporting them to live independently and with dignity.

• Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
  

• Assisting with medication as per care plans
  

• Supporting clients with daily activities and mobility
