Care Assistant

Our Care Assistants have the chance to make a real difference to people’s lives, both at home and supporting them in the community. This is a role that varies from day-to-day to helping the more vulnerable in our society, offering a sense of satisfaction that is difficult to match. Caremark Worcester have recently been awarded the “Best In Midlands” award at the National awards. The award-winning team will be more than happy to take any enquiries and any new care worker will be inducted and trained on all aspects of their role. This includes learning about our clients’ needs, understanding their routines and preferences, and developing a strong rapport with them. As a Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference to people’s lives, and we are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent care and support.
