KEY WORKERS NEEDED IN EDGWARE: We are seeking dedicated Key Workers to support our young people. We require candidates who meet the following criteria: •Valid UK driving licence (minimum 1 year, clean preferred). •Availability to work Monday-Sunday, including bank holidays. •Commitment to a 2 days on, 4 days off shift pattern (07:30-22:30 active hours, 22:30-07:30 sleep-ins). •Resilience to manage challenging behaviours, such as verbal outbursts or absconding. •Proficiency in writing detailed r…
