As Care Advisor, you are the face of lifestyle brands, such as Marie-Stella-Maris, and ensure that customers have an unforgettable shopping experience.. You work with high-quality skincare products, home fragrances, and stylish lifestyle items. Your expertise in customer experience and product advice ensures that customers feel special and leave the store with a smile.

In this role, you advise customers in a professional and enthusiastic manner and help them find products that fit their personal preferences and lifestyle. You have excellent product knowledge and stay up-to-date on the latest collections and developments. Together with your colleagues, you ensure a warm, inspiring shopping experience where service and experience are central.

What we're looking for

• Experience in the retail industry, preferably in beauty, lifestyle, or luxury sector
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach
• PASSION FOR SKINCARE, LIFESTYLE, AND A GOOD FEELING FOR TREND
• Able to work independently and advise customers expertly
• Good command of the Dutch language (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
