Job description
An exciting opportunity for a Car Sales Executive within the Bristol area has arisen for our Motor Trade Client. Working within a franchise-approved dealership, the successful Car Sales Executive will be representing a premium Automotive Brand and will be well versed in providing exceptional levels of customer service. Benefits: Basic salary of £20,000 per annum. An uncapped annual on-target earnings of £48,500 based on selling around 170 units per annum. Personal company car. 30 days annual leave. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and target-driven individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to work to targets and deadlines is essential. The successful candidate will be expected to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as required. The role will involve working a varied shift pattern, including evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate will have a full driving licence and a clean driving record. The successful candidate will be required to undergo a DBS check. The role will involve working in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of customer interaction. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity at all times. The role will involve working in a dealership environment, with a high level of exposure to the public. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion at all times. The successful candidate will be required to adhere to the company's policies and procedures at all times. The role will involve working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a high level of autonomy and responsibility. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team and be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. The successful candidate will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity at all times.
