Strong administrative and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously. Good understanding of basic vehicle terminology (e.g., automatic/manual transmission, service inspection, insurance, damages). Competence in documentation management: preparing handovers, scheduling appointments, coordinating vehicle pick ups/returns. Proactive problem solving mindset — does not wait for ready-made solutions, actively looks for ways to move tasks forward. Comfort with a fast-paced environment and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
