Captain - Restaurant

We are currently seeking a friendly and professional Restaurant Captains to join the team of our client who run a group of award winning restaurants in Dubai, and help create a memorable dining experience for their guests. In this role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and contribute to the success of our restaurant. Responsibilities Create a warm and welcoming environment for all guests, ensuring that they feel valued and cared for throughout their dining experience. This includes being attentive to their needs, answering questions about menu items, making recommendations, and addressing any concerns or issues promptly. Develop strong relationships with guests, building trust and loyalty through personalized service. Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the restaurant, encouraging teamwork and collaboration among staff members. Ensure that all restaurant operations run smoothly, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. Provide exceptional customer service by being knowledgeable about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods. Stay up-to-date with new trends and developments in the food industry, applying this knowledge to improve our restaurant's offerings and reputation. Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving sales, profitability, and overall performance of the restaurant. Requirements: 2+ years of experience as a Restaurant Captain or similar role; Strong leadership and communication skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Excellent customer service skills; Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively; High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
