YOUR ROLE For one of our partner companies, operating in the electrical sector, we are looking for a CAPREPARTO ASSEMBLAGGIO/MONTAGGIO MECHANICAL The resource will be responsible for managing and coordinating mechanical assembly lines. Among the expected activities: - Guarantees the advancement of production orders and respect for deadlines in assigned activities, providing operators with necessary information and ensuring that they perform correctly during processing - Ensures that activities are performed based on instructions for assembly and/or testing prepared, and in case of anomalies and non-conformities found downstream, ensures correct management, identifying the necessary corrective actions to prevent recurrence in the future - Guarantees constant monitoring of cycle times assigned with the goal of maximizing operational efficiency, collaborating with functions responsible for industrialization and optimization of operations - Ensures adequate training of assigned human resources, providing instructions on assembling mechanical/electrical/electromechanical components and using necessary equipment to perform activities - Manages assigned human resources, monitoring possessed skills compared to those required by the role, in order to fill any gaps, signaling potential for eventual development actions COSA RICHIEDIAMO? - Technical diploma - Excellent knowledge of mechanical design - PC usage - Previous experience in mechanical assembly - Preferential but not necessary, experience in coordination roles COSA OFFRIAMO?
