Junior Capoturno ? Food Sector

Adecco Italia is seeking a junior figure to start in the role of Capoturno, through a structured training and continuous mentoring process. The resource will be gradually responsible for managing operational shifts, with the goal of ensuring the execution of the production program within quality, safety, environmental, and performance standards. Expected activities: Mentoring in planning and management of productive resources Support in organizing line personnel and defining daily organizational charts Monitoring of production advancement and shift KPIs Participation in daily meetings and sharing results Collaboration with technical functions, quality, and safety to resolve anomalies Training on management systems and updating production data Involvement in continuous improvement projects and process optimization Requisiti: Degree in Food Science and Technology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Engineering Management Experience of at least 2 years in productive contexts, preferably in the food sector Good organizational, communicative, and problem-solving skills Attitude to teamwork and professional growth Availability for work on shifts Si offre: Training and mentoring program with senior figures Dynamic environment oriented towards innovation Opportunity for growth towards roles of responsibility Inclusion and remuneration commensurate with experience and autonomy Orario: 3 shifts (Monday-Friday + Saturday morning) Contratto: Direct hiring with training and professional growth path Sede di lavoro: Cremona (CR) Disponibilita oraria: Full Time Settore: Other
