Eurointerim Eurointerim S.p.A., a subsidiary of Rubano, on behalf of a solid and established company operating in the rubber-plastic sector and specialized in innovative solutions for water treatment, is seeking the following professional figure: CAPOTURNO - 3 TURNI The resource, inserted into the Production department and operating on three shifts, will report directly to the Production Supervisor. It will be responsible for the operational management of the assigned shift, ensuring the correct execution of the production process, respecting times, quality standards, and safety norms. It will coordinate a team of operators consisting of approximately 7/8 people, ensuring the efficiency of injection molding presses and auxiliary equipment. Main responsibilities: - Coordinates and supervises production personnel during the shift (operators, maintenance staff, quality control inspectors); - Verifies the advancement of production in accordance with planned timescales and quality standards; - Ensures the correct start-up of injection molding presses and auxiliary equipment, in collaboration with maintenance staff and maintenance; - Monitors the correct use of equipment, molds, and raw materials, reporting any anomalies; - Manages any unexpected production issues, activating timely corrective actions as needed; - Ensures that procedures are applied, safety norms, and company regulations regarding quality and environment; - Trains and supports personnel in line, promoting a culture oriented towards continuous improvement and teamwork; - Compiles shift reports (production advancement, scrap, machine downtime, personnel present) Requirements: - Experience in plastic injection molding companies in the role of Shift Manager or production supervisor; - In-depth knowledge of the injection molding process and Engel presses (or similar); - Ability to read technical drawings and measurement instruments; - Good knowledge of main computer tools; - Organizational skills, operational leadership, and group management capabilities; - Availability to work on three shifts (including night shifts); What is offered: - Placement in a solid, structured, and growing company - Dynamic role with opportunities to actively contribute to process improvement - Indefinite employment contract, remuneration, and classification commensurate with experience - Working hours: On three shifts (06-14/14-22/22-06) - Place of work: Limena (PD) The search is addressed to candidates of both sexes (D.lgs. n.198/2006); by applying to the announcement, the candidate confirms having read and accepted the privacy information present at the link http://www.eurointerim.it/informativa-per-i-candidati (GDPR - EU Regulation 2016/679).
