Adecco Italia Spa selects for a prestigious multinational company operating in the beverage sector:

Maintenance Team Leader

Main responsibilities:

• operational coordination of the maintenance team;
• planning and supervision of ordinary, extraordinary, and preventive maintenance interventions;
• management of intervention priorities and reduction of plant downtimes;
• interface with production, technical office, and plant managers;
• monitoring of maintenance performance and reporting.

Required technical skills:

• use of SAP system (maintenance module preferred);
• good knowledge of Excel and management IT tools;
• reading of electrical and mechanical diagrams;
• knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance logic;
• experience on industrial plants;
• ability to analyze failures and technical problem-solving.

Soft skills:

• operational leadership;
• organizational and decision-making skills;
• team management;
• orientation towards safety and continuous improvement.
• Availability to work in shifts.

At least 4-5 years of experience in maintenance departments in structured industrial contexts is required.

Permanent employment contract is foreseen, CCNL ALIMENTARE INDUSTRIA (Food Industry National Collective Agreement),

from Level 3^ to Level 2^ with a salary range from €37,000 to €43,000 per year.
