Eurointerim S.p.A. – Research and Selection Division, Vicenza Branch is seeking a professional profile to be inserted within the Production function to strengthen the organizational structure: PAINT SHOP SUPERVISOR Job Description The professional figure sought for PAINT SHOP SUPERVISOR will be responsible for coordinating operators on the shift, interfacing with the plant manager. As an example, it will involve: - management and coordination of personnel: organizes daily activities, assigns tasks and defines work priorities - collaboration with production planning to ensure compliance with established deadlines - monitoring of the painting process ensuring conformity to required quality specifications, managing any non-conformities and defects - technical supervision of equipment and software, resolving technical issues and ensuring ordinary maintenance - ensuring compliance with workplace safety regulations and environmental protection, and use of personal protective equipment. Required skills The essential requirements for performing the role of PAINT SHOP SUPERVISOR are: - consolidated previous experience in a similar role in an industrial setting - technical knowledge of various types of painting processes and ability to manage equipment - knowledge of current safety and environmental regulations Completions of the profile: Leadership skills, management of collaborators, teamwork attitude, time organization and management, result-oriented, problem-solving, continuous improvement attitude.
