OSMOSI SPA – Agency for Labour Branch of Gela (CL) RECRUITMENT FOR CLIENT COMPANY Position: Capoarea Supervisore Piping Sector: Construction of a power plant Location: Monfalcone Job Description The selected resource will be responsible for supervising and coordinating piping installation activities within an important project for the construction of a power plant. They must ensure compliance with technical procedures and safety, coordinating operational teams and interfacing with site management and commissioning managers. Main Responsibilities Supervision and control of piping installation activities. Coordination of skilled workers and subcontractors. Management and monitoring of work progress, with periodic reporting. Verification of correct application of safety procedures. Interface with Project Manager, HSE Manager, and other technical departments. Support in resolving technical and organizational issues on site. Requirements Diploma technical or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (mechanical or related). Consolidated experience (at least 5 years) in piping supervision roles in industrial/ plant settings. Knowledge of sector technical and safety regulations. Ability to read and interpret P&ID diagrams and technical drawings. Good leadership and personnel management skills. Flexibility, problem-solving, and result-oriented approach. Offer Contract commensurate with the experience gained. Insertion into a strategic project at national level.
