Capo Turno - Cleaning Sector

ETJCA S.p.A. ETJCA GROUP SPA, Padova branch, is seeking a motivated and experienced Capo Turno to coordinate operational activities at a public hospital structure. The selected figure will have the responsibility of organizing the team's work, performing specialized operations, ensuring service quality, and guaranteeing compliance with company procedures and safety norms. Main responsibilities: - Coordinate and supervise the work of the cleaning staff - Plan shifts, activities, and emergency operational management - Verify correct execution of interventions and quality standards - Manage materials, equipment, and cleaning products - Serve as a reference point for clients and internal representatives - Perform long-term interventions - Perform daily specialized activities - Support colleagues in their daily tasks - Train personnel on procedures and best practices. Required skills: - Previous experience in the cleaning sector, preferably in an analogous role - Organizational and leadership abilities - Autonomy in managing activities and problem-solving - Reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail - Good knowledge of cleaning tools and products - B patent (preferable).
