Foundry Shift Supervisor (m/f/d)

For an important company in Brescia, we are looking for a

FOUNDRY SHIFT SUPERVISOR (m/f/d)

We offer: direct permanent employment, CCNL Metalmeccanico Industria, annual salary €42,000 - €48,000, performance bonus, canteen service.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 3-shift work schedule.

Work location: Castegnato

What will you be responsible for?

Within the production department, the resource will report to the production manager and will be responsible for:

• Coordinating and managing shift personnel in the melting and casting departments.
• Press tooling.
• Verifying compliance with process parameters and finished product quality.
• Ensuring the application of regulations regarding health, safety at work, and PPE.
• Liaising with Maintenance to optimize workflows.

What qualifications are we looking for?

• Proven previous experience in managing and coordinating teams of at least 5-6 people in production environments.
• Background in foundry or high-temperature production contexts.
• Excellent precision and punctuality in monitoring processes and executing organizational activities.
• Strong orientation towards results and quality.
• Availability for three-shift work.
