Eurointerim Eurointerim S.p.A. - Filiale di Suzzara is seeking a 4 CapoTurno for an expanding food sector company to strengthen the organizational structure. Job description: The professional figure sought will be responsible for performing the following activities in autonomy: - Direct management of personnel assigned to the production line (turnovers, positions, and others) - Control of machinery and plant operation, collaborating with the Department Head and Maintenance Manager - Resolution of ordinary problems with machines in the department - Management of orders and inventory, replenishing materials and shipments, in collaboration with the logistics area and offices - Quality control of finished products and verifications in coordination with the Quality Manager - Archiving documentary records related to the production department. Required skills: The necessary requirements for performing the role are: - Previous experience in roles of responsibility and management - Experience using automated machines and knowledge of food safety regulations - Personnel management and organization of shifts. Completing the profile: time management, planning, team leading, relational skills. Type of employment: initial contract with a determined term through an agency. Remuneration: according to the relevant collective agreement, in accordance with company directives. Availability: full-time, initially on two shifts, and then on three shifts, with availability for overtime. Place of work: Valdaro (MN).
