Shift Supervisor

ADHR GROUP, Permanent Recruitment Division, is looking for a:

PRODUCTION SHIFT SUPERVISOR - SHIFT WORKER

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Ensure that all daily activities of the packaging lines proceed smoothly and without hitches;
• Monitor the quality of packaging, verifying that products are packaged correctly and comply with company standards and industry regulations;
• Coordinate the work of packaging operators of their shift on production machines (labelers, blister machines, cartoning machines);
• In case of malfunctions or problems in the packaging lines, intervene promptly to resolve them;

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 2 years of experience as a shift supervisor (preferably in cosmetic/pharmaceutical companies);
• Basic knowledge of main IT tools;
• Availability to work in 3 shifts

Offer: direct permanent contract with the company

Salary package: € 30,000 - € 35,000 + meal vouchers

Working hours: 3 shifts from Monday to Friday (06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00 / 22:00 – 06:00)

Location: Cologno Monzese (MI)
