Job Title and finality of Role: CAPO SQUADRA EDILIZIA STRADALE The resource we want to contact has a medium license or technical/professional diploma, and preferably has good knowledge of the road construction sector. It will be responsible for road works such as excavations and urbanization works. Main Corporate Values: Affidability Professionalism Innovation and aesthetic quality Ecological and environmental integration Organizational Chart Reports to the Site Manager Main Responsibilities • Coordinate operational teams and organize daily activities on site; • Supervise the progress of work and verify the correct execution of works; • Plan activities and manage resources, equipment and materials needed; • Check compliance with safety regulations and ensure the use of PPE; • Manage relationships with technicians, site management, suppliers and subcontractors; • Carry out directly important or delicate road works, accompanying workers in the practical part and ensuring that activities are carried out correctly. Technical Skills (Hard Skills) • Medium license or technical/professional diploma; • Minimum experience as a Road Construction Team Leader; • Knowledge of road construction materials; • C patent (preferable); • Use of earth-moving machines (preferable).
