RECEPTION CHIEF

The resource will be responsible for managing the activities of welcome and support to guests, ensuring a professional and courteous service. Main tasks include: - coordinating and supervising the reception team - taking care of staff training and development in front-office - welcoming and registering guests at check-in and check-out - managing administrative activities related to guest stay (billing, payments, etc.) - managing individual and group bookings - performing promotional activities for the structure, creating packages and offers to attract new customers - managing relationships with OTA / Tour Operators and Travel Agencies Requirements: - previous experience as a reception chief - knowledge of the English language (preferably knowledge of other foreign languages) - excellent communication skills, availability, and attitude to work in team/autonomy - knowledge of main hotel management systems and software (PMS - Channel Manager) - knowledge of main techniques for promoting a hotel structure - willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays - no accommodation offered.
