Permanent Staffing, a division of STAFF SPA, is looking for a DELICATESSEN DEPARTMENT MANAGER for a GDO POINT OF SALE in ALESSANDRIA. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE: - Independently manage the activities of the assisted sales department of Delicatessen-gastronomy - cheeses / bakery with browning, packaged self-service - Portioning and packaging of products - Manage the department's economic account, orders and product waste - Satisfy customer needs by creating a high degree of loyalty - Manage a correct display of the counter, enhancing the products on sale - Guarantee the correct application of the current HACCP regulations - Manage the organization, motivation and efficiency of the team reporting directly to him/her - Ensure the training of new staff - Functionally manage the work shifts of the staff REQUIRED REQUIREMENTS: - Experience in a similar role gained at a company specialized in the food sector - Availability for Full Time work on shifts, including holidays - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Organizational, planning and overall vision skills - Aptitude for problem solving, initiative and proactive approach An entry commensurate with the candidate's experience with a CCNL commerce contract is foreseen.
