HEAD OF DEPARTMENT

Orienta S.p.A. Benefit subsidiary of Treviso selects, for a chemical industry client company, a HEAD OF DEPARTMENT in Padua (PD). The company was founded in 2001 and today is the most important Italian company operating in the production of professional detergents and cosmetics. Main duties The candidate will be inserted into the blowing department where they will be responsible for: - Planning and organization of department activities (60%) - Management and motivation of operators' team (40%) - Analysis of production data and use of Excel for reporting - Collaboration in evaluating/purchasing new machinery - Guaranteeing quality and safety standards Requisites - Mechanical or Electrical Technician diploma - Experience in coordination roles in a productive setting (also in different sectors) - Excellent analytical and organizational skills - Leadership, problem-solving, and continuous improvement attitude Initial fixed-term purpose employment. The RAL will be commensurate with the possessed competencies up to a maximum of 35,000€ + production bonus. Daily working hours from Monday to Friday.
