Job Title and Role: WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR with proven experience in express couriers The resources to be intercepted will be fundamental for coordinating and supervising the department's collaborators (warehouse personnel and couriers) in managing shipment and delivery activities. The warehouse supervisor will have the responsibility of managing approximately 25 people. Main responsibilities include supervising daily operations in the relevant department, ensuring quality and operational efficiency. Candidates with already mature experience in express couriers will be considered. Requirements: - diploma - mandatory experience in express couriers; - knowledge of main quality standards; - good skills in using the Microsoft Office package and management systems; Soft skills: - flexibility; - leadership; - time management; - problem-solving; - excellent communication skills. Contract Conditions • Place of work: Lonate Pozzolo (VR) • Work schedule and work-life balance: Full-time – mainly on two shifts (afternoon from 14:00 to 22:00 and night from 22:00 to 06:00). • Employment contract type: Full Time, fixed-term contract • Salary package budget: the economic classification, of course interest, will be examined and weighed after what emerges from the introductory conversations and comparison with the preparation and experience of candidates competing for the position.
