PACKING DEPARTMENT SUPERVISOR

Orienta S.p.A. Benefit subsidiary of Treviso selects, for a food industry client company, a PACKING DEPARTMENT SUPERVISOR in Paese (TV). Main duties The resource will be inserted into the packing department with an operational and coordination role. It will be responsible for supporting daily activities and managing a small team consisting of 5/6 people. - Operational support on packaging machines - Coordination and organization of the work shift of the team - Setting up, starting, and monitoring machines - Management and control of ovens - Collaboration with the shift leader to resolve any production line problems Requirements - Ability to coordinate a small group of workers - Good organizational skills and practices - Experience in a production setting Work schedule: from Monday to Friday, on two shifts from 06.00 to 14.00 and from 14.00 to 22.00.
