Main responsibilities: - Coordination of department resources (operators/machine operators) - Planning of productive activities respecting times and qualitative standards - Monitoring of efficiency and productivity of the department - Management of daily technical and organizational problems - Collaboration with quality, maintenance, and production to ensure correct workflow Requirements: - Previous experience as Department Head in the cosmetics sector or related fields - Knowledge of packaging or filling processes - Ability to manage personnel and operational leadership - Availability to work on two shifts - Residence in the area or willingness to relocate If you are interested and possess the required qualifications, apply immediately!
