Required qualifications: * Experience in the role in 4- or 5-star structures or gourmet restaurants * Autonomous management of the assigned partita * In-depth knowledge of preparation and cooking techniques, and HACCP regulations * Creativity, precision, and attention to product quality * Ability to work in a team and under pressure. A fixed-term contract is offered. Place of work: Valle dell'Erica, Santa Teresa Gallura (SS). Accommodation will be provided in nearby areas if necessary.
