Capo Officina

Ali Spa, Cento branch, is seeking a Capo Officina to report directly to the Production Manager and ensure the efficiency, quality, and respect of production times in the workshop. Main duties include: - Operational Management: Planning, organizing, and supervising the entire production cycle of carpentry (cutting, bending, welding, assembly, finishing). - Resource Coordination: Managing and coordinating the production team. - Quality and Processes: Supervising production processes to ensure high-quality standards and compliance with technical specifications (reading technical drawings). - Maintenance: Supervising correct ordinary and extraordinary maintenance of machinery and equipment (e.g., press brakes, welders, laser cutting machines). - Safety: Guaranteeing respect for workplace safety regulations. Requirements - Previous experience of at least 5 years in a similar role in light metalworking or metalmechanics companies. - Excellent knowledge of typical carpentry processes (cutting, welding by wire/TIG, bending, assembly). - Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. - Competence in using production planning software. - Good organizational, managerial, leadership, and problem-solving skills. - Technical Diploma (e.g., Mechanical Technician) or Engineering Degree (e.g., Mechanical/Industrial Engineering) is an advantage. Contract and remuneration will be commensurate with experience.
