Link HR Professional Solutions is searching for a professional to be inserted within the Engineering area of a historic company operating in the environmental sector, CAPO COMMESSA | ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES. Responsibilities: - Autonomous management of active tenders, coordinating operational personnel and resources involved; - Planning and organization of materials, components, and means necessary for service provision; - Monitoring of activity progress, respecting times and technical standards, with site visits; - Independent resolution of technical problems with limited support from internal technicians or external consultants; - Direct interface with client technical references for ordinary tender management; - Identification and development of potential complementary services opportunities on existing clients; - Participation in process improvement projects; - Technical and organizational support also to tenders of other divisions, if required. Requirements: - Technical diploma (mechanical, chemical, or related); degree in technical or environmental disciplines preferred; - Consolidated experience of at least 4/5 years in technical-operational or coordination roles for tenders. Preferable provenance from the environmental, industrial, and/or waste management sectors; - Knowledge of Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel; - Availability for frequent daily trips: - The knowledge of English is considered a plus. Completing the profile: problem-solving, customer orientation, organizational and team management capabilities.
