PVK is a leading and rapidly growing company in the photovoltaic and energy transition sector. For the management and development of our construction sites in the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region, we are looking for a motivated, structured Site Manager with solid experience in the civil and construction sectors.

The person hired will be responsible for the operational and logistical management of the construction site, coordinating work teams and interfacing with technical management. A fundamental added value for this position will be the operational capability in the use of agricultural machinery and work equipment, essential for preparation and movement on our installation sites.

• Operational Site Management: Coordinate daily activities on the field, supervising work teams and subcontractors in full compliance with safety regulations (Legislative Decree 81/08).

• Technical Skills and Equipment Use: Operate and coordinate the use of agricultural machinery, tractors, and earthmoving equipment for preliminary and construction site work.

• Site Reporting and Accounting: Prepare daily reports, monitor work progress (SAL - State of Work Advanced) and manage the reporting of activities and resources employed.

The Ideal Profile:

• Previous Experience: At least 3-5 years in the role of Site Manager, preferably in the civil, plant engineering, or major works sector.

• Transversal Skills: Excellent knowledge of construction site dynamics, ability to read executive projects, and strong problem-solving and leadership skills.

• Key Requirement: Excellent driving and operating skills for agricultural machinery and earthmoving equipment.

• Residence/Domicile: Udine or surrounding areas (Friuli-Venezia Giulia).

• Appropriate driving licenses and valid safety certificates complete the profile.
