Site Manager

Our Client is a major company active in integrated environmental management, treatment, and disposal of special waste.

Work location: one of the construction sites located in Lombardy and Veneto

The Role

The resource will be integrated into the Production department and will have direct responsibility for managing construction site operations in all its aspects, ensuring the achievement of economy, profitability, punctuality, and quality objectives indicated in the P.D.P. (Detailed Project Plan) while respecting safety and environmental regulations.

The resource will be responsible for: managing construction sites and environmental remediation, planning the various phases of the construction site, surveys, tracing, measurements, preparation of construction site documents, safety control, management of suppliers and collaborators, organization of workforces and equipment; managing relationships with the Client.

The resource will report hierarchically to the Project Manager.

The candidate will be entrusted with the management of one of the sites followed by the Company, currently the need is mainly directed towards construction sites located in Lombardy and Veneto.

Requirements

• Diploma in Surveying or technical disciplines, preferably Geology, Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering;
• Previous experience gained in a similar role, preferably in related sectors such as environmental remediation, treatment, and disposal of special waste;
• Good knowledge of the sector and relevant regulations;
• Proactivity, flexibility, precision, orientation towards teamwork and results.

Employment Status and National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL): 5th National Collective Labor Agreement for Industrial Construction (Edilizia Industria)

Annual Gross Salary Range (RAL): €45,000 – €55,000
