Construction Site Manager

For one of our client companies, which has been involved for years in the design and implementation of building solutions, studied for the hospitality, residential, and commercial sectors, we are looking for a: **CONSTRUCTION SITE MANAGER** - Direct the construction site by planning the work of collaborators, under the supervision of the Project Manager; - Organizes the work based on the executive projects previously reviewed and discussed with the Project Manager, verifying their correctness; - Handles site surveys and performs the required checks on them; - Performs quantitative and qualitative checks on all incoming supplies, accepting or rejecting them; - Procures the necessary equipment and small parts in advance; - Holds company equipment for the necessary time under their responsibility, taking care of its ordinary maintenance and cleaning (including vehicles); - Is responsible for the daily compilation of the Site Diary and records attendance in the appropriate Attendance Register; - Accepts subcontractor personnel following a check against the list indicated in the POS and the presence of the relevant identification badge; - Controls that the safety instructions given by the RSPP and the CC are applied and respected; - Carefully takes care of and scrupulously guards all documentation present on the construction site (DDT, drawings, Registers) - Diploma as a Surveyor and/or Degree in Engineering/Architecture - 5-10 years of experience in the role - Background in the residential construction sector (both rough and finishing) - Knowledge of safety matters as instructed by the RSPP and of the checks required by the Control and Testing Plan - Basic knowledge of the English language Work schedule: Full Time Work location: provinces of VENICE (Jesolo, coast and mainland) and Treviso.
