YOUR ROLE

For an important opportunity in the building and construction sector, we are looking for an Experienced Site Manager (Capo Cantiere Edile) with specific experience in the construction of residential buildings.

The candidate will be the primary operational point of contact on-site and will be responsible for organizing, coordinating, and supervising the work, ensuring the proper progress of the works in compliance with the schedule, quality standards, and technical project specifications.

We are looking for a candidate with solid knowledge of construction techniques in the residential sector, accustomed to directly overseeing the various phases of building construction and coordinating workforce, executing companies, and subcontractors.

The candidate will work closely with the Works Direction, Technical Direction, Project Managers, suppliers, and contractors, directly involved in managing operational issues that may arise during the execution of the works.

Work Location: Milan and province – on-site presence required.

Main Responsibilities

• Daily coordination of on-site operational activities related to the construction of residential buildings;
• Planning of works and monitoring of progress against the schedule;
• Coordination of workforce, executing companies, artisans, and subcontractors;
• Supervision of different construction phases, from structural works to finishes;
• Verification of the correct execution of works against executive drawings, specifications, and technical details;
• Quality control of the executed works and management of any non-conformities and rectifications;
• Coordination of the supply and availability of materials, equipment, and machinery on-site;
• Conducting surveys, measurements, and checks to support work accounting and progress payments (SAL);
• Daily liaison with Works Direction, Technical Direction, and Project Managers;
• Coordination of building works with electrical and mechanical systems activities;

️ Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience as a Site Manager;
• Concrete experience in managing civil and residential construction sites;
• Preferable experience in the construction of multi-story residential buildings, housing complexes, or medium-to-large scale real estate developments;
• Solid knowledge of the main building construction techniques;
• Ability to oversee the various phases of construction, from structures to finishing works;
• Excellent ability to read technical drawings and executive documents;
• Knowledge of bills of quantities, work accounting, and progress payments (SAL);
• Experience in coordinating workforce and subcontractors;

What we offer?

The base salary for this role is between €37,000 and €50,000.

The position is classified under the CCNL Commercio e Terziario collective agreement applied by our company. Placement within the range will be determined based on technical skills, specific role experience, and the outcomes of the selection process, according to objective and neutral criteria.

For candidates with exceptional qualifications beyond the indicated range, a review may be considered with prior internal approval.
