Banquet Captain

Execute and support the operation of banquets events in an efficient and professional manner, ensuring a service of excellence according to the luxury standards of SLS brand and Ennismore corporate policies, ensuring total customer satisfaction and correct setup, service, and teardown of events.

• Execute the setup, service, and teardown of banquet events in accordance with established standards and specifications for each event.
• Verify that equipment, furniture, glassware, tableware, linens, and service stations are complete, clean, and in optimal condition.
• Provide a professional, attentive, and personalized service to guests and customers during events.
• Support coordination with kitchen, bars, and other departments to ensure a smooth execution of the event.
• Maintain times of service and presentation protocols established by the hotel.
• Maintain work areas, salons, and storage rooms clean, organized, and safe before, during, and after events.
• Attend special requests and channel any situation or complaint to the Captain or Banquet Supervisor.
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and food handling standards established by the hotel and relevant authorities.
• Support control and care of equipment assigned to the banquet area.
